What happens at the end of the 20 year contract? If properties are subject to MAHRAA, presumably an RCS will need to be completed following the 20 year contract period and properties in weaker markets may see their rents reduced?At the expiration of the 20 year HAP contract, the Owner will be subject to the terms of the Section 8 renewal guide at that time.
